• Graduate from a recognised university with 50% marks in any discipline
• Candidates in final year of graduation are also eligible to apply provided their graduation result is declared by the prescribed date as decided by the University/institute
• If the provisionally admitted candidates are unable to secure minimum required score, their admission will become invalid.

TANCET 2025 Exam Pattern is paper based test and consists of five sections. The exam is conducted in a single slot of 2 hours duration. TANCET full form is Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test. TANCET 2025 exam will be held as a paper-based test at exam centres to provide level playing field for the candidates coming from all the areas – urban and rural who may not have skills to appear in computer-based tests. • General English: General English section has 20 questions. It tests the knowledge on written English with questions on errors in usage, grammar, punctuation and the like

9.1 Step by Step Process to Download Admit Card:

• View and Download the Admit Card
• Save the Admit Card and take print on A4 size paper

TANCET 2025 Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of Entrance Test and also at the time of Admission. 

TANCET 2025 Answer key will be released by Anna University 3-4 days after the exam date to enable the test takers to verify their responses with correct official answers. Since TANCET 2025 is a paper-based test, Anna University has informed that the answer sheets should be shaded in black ball point pen and the answers shaded in pencils will not be evaluated.
